We want you to be happy with Settle Premium. Because it is a digital product delivered instantly, the refund route depends on where you bought it — each store is the seller (merchant of record) for its own purchases and processes its own refunds.
If you bought on the web (Paddle)
Web purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Request via Paddle: your purchase confirmation email is sent by Paddle and links to Paddle’s buyer portal at paddle.net, where you can request a refund directly.
- Or email us: contact alex@settledevelopment.com with the email address you purchased with and we will arrange it with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days. Because Premium does not auto-renew, there is no recurring charge to cancel.
If you bought in the Android app (Google Play)
Purchases made through the Google Play Store are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. Request a refund from Google Play → Order history, or see Google’s refund help. We are not able to refund Google Play purchases directly, but email us if you need help.
If you bought in the iPhone / iPad app (App Store)
iOS is coming soon. Once available, App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policy. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to refund App Store purchases directly.
Good to know
- Premium is a one-time 12-month unlock — it does not auto-renew, so you are never charged again automatically and there is nothing to cancel.
- One purchase covers both partners in a couple.
- Your statutory rights (including any cooling-off rights that apply in your country) are not affected by this policy.
